Just A Little Question

    Lets just say a person requests a template from here and you do it for them and its posted on the site etc, Can anyone download and use the template as well ?

    Yes everyone can download it.
    It would be imposable to make a custom and unique website template for free, even the ones you pay for are rarely unique.
