Legacy Need a football badge logo for website an team

I just found this forum and was wondering if you could help me with a design I need for my football team, it's a badge design.

I want to base my design on something similiar to the new york cosmos soccer team badge.

I have already done one rough design which I have attached to the message

I would like the design to be based on this badge with extra text saying "est 2011"

Hi CovertPea i showed my team members the badge and they all liked the design. I was wondering if you could change the orange on the badge for a more vibrant orange as my rough design was made by my cousin from my drawings and he used that dull orange. Also can i use this badge for my kit and letter heading.

Hi CovertPea thanks for changing the colour on the badge but is there any chance you can take off the white border you've added around the football please, then i think the badge will be perfect!

 

Hi CovertPea please ignore the last post the second design has grown on me, but i still like the first design and would just like to see if its the new orange or a combination of both changes that makes the second design more eye catching then the first. I apologize for being so picky but its your fault for giving me a second choice. lol

I've made up my mind and i would like the second design, thanks for helping me out CP on this i can now go and get some badges on my kit and look like a real football team.
