PHP Need Help With a Request link?

    :( hello all, i am woundering if anyone can tell me how to set up a request link from my website to my desktop or too my broadcasting program. sam2 full version. i have tryed for like months i get lost in the crowd of html and php. stuff in there. I really would like to have this But i could live with out it if no one can help me.
