General need help with animated gif

    hi all,

    can you tell me how to make a gif animation like this
    i tried with photoshop and made some animation with the layer,and exported to gif, the result is when i preview with image viewer my gif does the animation, but when i upload it to be an avatar the animation was gone :confused:

    ps:sorry for my bad english(cause this is not my mother language :eek:)

    I believe the animated gif for an avatar has been turned off.
    Mine stopped working a few weeks ago.
