Hi, I'm a loan officer under the owner of Everything Mortgages llc, I need a website to go with the everythingmortgages.net, the website for my personal branch of the brokrage. Long story short I program in 14 languages, but I am a terrible designer as of yet. I need something that incorporates ASP, if possible with the ability to expand into mysql at some point in the future, but doesn't need to be implemented now. I can work with JSP, don't have do, but can. I need something that fits the needs of my customers, and fits the market I'm in. http://www.bigstonegap.org/pictures/page1.htm there are some pictures and background information on the basic area I'm marketing to. I have to be professional, but still be able to communicate to the people of the area, which is a very tight knit small community feeling. Please email me for any further design details, suggestions, and to work together on this. I'm eager to design something. Lord bless, Jason Aaron Fox. sardisthyatira@msn.com May the Lord's will be done.
That's a lot to ask for normally you give use the category you need and the type of style or colors you want and leave the creative work for us. We make website templates not websites. Ones you have the template can use it to make a website fast and easy. You can add ASP, JSP or PHP to the template.
I think you misunderstood my meaning. I don't want you to program it, I want you to design it in such a way that it won't be a massive headache to port those languages into it's code. Making a website that can be loaded with includes and still flow evenly without a long load period usually depends on the graphic content of the site itself. At least from my experiance. If you guys will design it, I will code it. Regardless, like I said, I'm interested in a template; the work you guys do is killer.
I do apologize for the confusion, thank you for your help. Like I said, it is a bit of a tough situation, I myself am from a large metropolitan area, but I've got to market the product to a very rural close knit family area.
Any progress? Just curious, would get some decent traffic for your site if I had this up. Lord bless.
