General Need template for custom home building

Novice user, I need a template to do my first site. But not a realestate looking tem. Don't need to search for homes, etc. Maybe a clean business template for this first time user. Plus is there a good primer on template usage - start to finish. I have an editor, Kompozer (.net). Just learning to use it. Recomend a better/easier editor?

 

Have you looked at the free templates on this site ? or google is your friend aswell, thats how I found this site, there are quite a few templates here and some might meet your needs, then its just a case of you putting your own pictures logo in etc, and wording. I think also they can do them in the request a template section of this forum. Theres also alot of information on uploading templates, one of my questions is on exactly that,

I dont use komposer or any editer so cannot help in that respect, but alley code was recommended to me by one of the moderators of this site for editing etc heres the link
