General Ok Now what?

    Hiya some help would be appreciated (LOTS OF HELP!!)

    I have just downloaded a template that I like, however I have absolutly zero knowledge in creating web sites, editing templates etc......

    What are the best programs to use, I downloaded the dreamweaver trial, however it's greek to me!

    Any suggests would be welcome :eek:
