General PLEASE Help address/image issue

    I previously made a banner url: Untitled Document but as i update the new banner it is not working but does work under a different url Untitled Document. When i edit my file in dreamweaver and then put the file, shouldn't it automatically update the original? What did i do wrong? Please help thanks!:confused:
