General Problem after uploading it

So I downloaded the Hilary Duff template which is very proper for my needs. I changed the text, pictures and everything else and it all seemed ok when I press F12 (preview in browser in dreamweaver)and upload it to my website. But when other people try to see it it is just white background with text. No pictures, no menus nothing. Only text on a white background. What do you think I should do? How can I fix that?

i made a print screen of what i see on the website... Be sure you uploaded the images you want in your website to the same folder where the "index.html" is...

 

hi thank you but I forgot to tell u that I uploaded the old one I've designed because it's just better than nothing here is what it should be and what actually is

Im wondering if there is something special about .css files because i've never worked with one? i uploaded the template files the pictures the .css file and it is still fuckeddd up

 

Am I able to convert the downloaded .html file do . dwt (dreamweaver template) and than create .html files based on the .dwt ( for easier and faster updating)? Is it possible that is the reason of my problem?
