Closed recreate a file.fla base on file.swf

May I know is there anybody could help me to recreate the flash(*.fla) teamplate base on the design of http://www.istreamradio.net/testing/ ?

The person who helped me did this page didnt leave me the *.fla file and has gone without inform. I had already tried my best to find him out for few years. But still can't find him.

Hmm..
Once you get your file back, then i can edit the file and website for you for free..
My mate has this template.. So when i get in contact with him again, i will as him if i can take a copy of the file..
But until then, im sorry but your stuck unless someone else has got the file...

But as i say, i will be more then willing to help you edit your website for your if needed...
