Regarding terms of use

    Hi,

    My company is building a new website and our web designer told us that he will use one of your templates, without charging us the cost of the template. I read your terms of use and it seems that he is doing everything right.

    My only doubt is regarding our right to use your templates for free since we are a company and we will make business throught the new website. Is that ok?

    Ok, I understood that I need to leave "copyright notes". But, aside of that, can my company use your templates for free? Sorry if I sound blunt, english is not my native language. I just want to avoid future problems.

    The best way for you, is to have your corporate lawyer have a look at it.
    Run it threw Bing or Google translator.
