it won't work

excuse me, but i tried to download the program, but when i did, i only found a folder that said " style.css ". Hmmm... I downloaded the .zip, came with everything needed and worked fine. Try downloading it again perhaps?

Missing Header

I just downloaded this great looking template, but noticed a problem. The Special Events header is missing. The image file exists, but right out of the zip file, it doesn't show up on the HTML page. What do I need to do in the CSS file to fix it?
