Hey ishkey! Nice-looking site! But I found out the site is displayed differently in FF and IE. In FF the font of the text bigger and that's why the phrase "Transcription made easy" in the upper left corner is displayed in two lines. In the Services section the link 'more' at the bottom of the page is displaced. In the "Contact us" section the 'Call today' image (as well as the 'more' link) is also dislocated (in both browsers), and the quality of these two images is quite low. And...also..I supposed that the color of the text in the main menu on the left would change when clicking on any tab (from white to yellow) but the 'Home' tab is only marked. Did you do this purposely? But anyway, great job!
I liked your site but I hope you wouldn’t mind my suggestions for you. I think it’s better to place a contact form in front of your site visitors’ eyes at Contact page instead of intriguing them by such notes like “Click here for easy contact form” If to speak about Clients page I advise you to improve the Testimonials section. Straight text isn’t well readable. I recommend you to emphasize the names of those site visitors who have contributed to your Testimonials section or quote their testimonials. I believe it’ll make your Clients page more reader friendly. To my personal opinion the quality of pictures could be improved as well. You provide useful services and your site’s content is nice. Though, it could look even more remarkable to attract more deserved attention.
And one more thing.... clicking on the 'more' link at the bottom of each page takes you to the next section of the site. To my mind, it would be better to replace the word 'more' with the word 'next'.
