Customization Slice and code please help

Hiya, My names Mark and i help run a website called LostDogsYorkshire and ive had ago at making a template for us but im having trouble now.

Also if you can think of something ive missed or could have done better please let me know.

Hi what is the problem with the template looks very simple to slice this what did you use to make it and what file format is it in.
