    By understanding the basic concepts about web design languages such as HTML,CSS,designing tools such as Wordpress,Adobe Photoshop,Joomla,Dreamviewer.This doesn't require any extra knowledge you have to just read books on website template.It has examples also which will help you to understand quickly and off course tutorials is the best option to learn template because it provides audio and video assistance and finally practice must require to gain speed.
