Web Design Trying a new layout...

I got to browsing last night and found another layout I really like. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to get the links to work correctly. I little arrow isnt working and it don't have the shadow under the links.

You can simply open https://freewebsitetemplates.com/preview/minimalisticwebtemplate/ via Chrome and click on element which is missing, from right-click drop down menu select "inspect element" then you will see what part of code/css is missing. If you had in mind tiny arrow it's just a simple hover, which can be added the same way it is with original template and it's code.
