General Using Template Images

Hi,

I found a template that I thought was cool. I read the terms and it says that I can modify the templates in any way that I want. I wanted to do a complete redesign of the template, something of my own creation, but, I still wanted to use the background/textures that were included in the template from this website.

Is it okay, for me to design my own template, using only the graphics? I guess that would be considered "modifying the template", so it should be okay, but I wanted to check, first.

Nope, it's just my personal website (maybe business website in the future). But I want something unique. I have a hard time making graphics, so it's cool that I can use these.
