Flash Visitor Picture Upload Questions

    I want to find a template that will allow me to put pages on a site that has member/vistors that register and upload pictures of themselves. Like a limited and simpler version of Facebook. Maybe limit the number of pictures they can upload and take down.
    Anything like that out there?
